These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Abroadly. By creating an account or using Abroadly, you agree to these terms.

What Abroadly Provides

Abroadly helps users organize profile information and receive study, work, or migration pathway guidance. Abroadly may provide recommended pathways, application status updates, payment-enabled services, and chat support.

No Legal, Immigration, Admissions, or Employment Guarantee

Abroadly provides guidance and planning support only. Abroadly does not guarantee visa approval, admission, employment, migration approval, government approval, eligibility, timelines, outcomes, or acceptance by any institution, employer, authority, or third party. You are responsible for verifying requirements with official authorities and qualified professionals.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information.

Uploaded Content and Messages

You remain responsible for profile answers, uploaded media, documents, and messages you submit. You grant Abroadly permission to use this content to provide, operate, review, support, and improve the service.

Payments

Some pathways or support features may require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and supported payment providers. Abroadly does not store full card numbers. Fees, refunds, cancellations, and service scope should be reviewed before payment. If a payment issue occurs, contact support@abroadly.app.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Abroadly, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, violate laws, or use Abroadly to submit fraudulent applications or documents.

Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account in the app from Home, Account & Legal, Delete Account. Abroadly may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if continued service is not legally or operationally possible.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share, and delete information. It is available at /privacy-policy.html and inside the app.

Disclaimers

Abroadly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abroadly disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abroadly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, application refusal, delay, or third-party decisions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available at https://form-app123.web.app/terms-and-conditions.html and in the app.
